it’s hitting me that my dream is becoming more possible with every deposit, work day, and move that i make. ahh, how my excitement is brewing c:

why is it that every single edit I make of myself as Rapunzel turn out to be the most realistic of all?
maybe it’s because my face is actually photographed in sunlight, not in artificial light. sunlight is always the best way to work with these things.

Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to be a face character at Disneyland, and though I’ve auditioned, I’ve never been picked (even though they tell me I look too much like a princess if I wear too much pink into the park?) So I live my dream as best I can by making costumes for myself. My favorite, of course, is Rapunzel. This is the first version of the costume that I made, and the second version of the wig. I’m currently working on a new dress and have made a new wig. I’ll be wearing the new costume for Halloween, so I’ll post that then if people want to see it :)
Don’t give up! Just keep on auditioning :) Some of the best face characters had to go through several years of auditions. Your costume is amazing!

I actually do want to become a face character when I graduate, maybe for a year or two…or forever… ;D
